MyMedicare 

MyMedicare is an emerging government incentive system to identify your regular GP and practice. It can be used to access benefits such as improved telehealth and potential reductions in billing costs; particularly for those with Concession/Health Care Cards, Pension Cards or under 16 years of age.    

You can apply via 3 options:

1) Sign a MyMedicare form in the practice

2) Complete, sign and email THIS FORM to manager@gloverstreetsurgery.com.au  

 

3) Register using your Medicare Online Account (MOA):

• Sign in to https://my.gov.au/ (create an account if you don’t have one)
  or via the Express Plus Medicare Mobile App:
  https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/express-plus-medicare-mobile-app)

• Select Medicare

• Select Register for MyMedicare > Start

• Search for your practice > Glover Street Surgery > Belmont > Search

• Select “Your preferred GP” > Next

• Select “Submit registration”, then follow the prompts to complete your claim
