A $150 deposit is required for all new patients when booking, covering the initial consultation. This applies to all new patients, including pensioners and those over 70. Fees for the second consultation will follow the provided schedule.

New patient forms can be downloaded from the Patient Information Tab on this website or if you prefer to collect at our practice in person. 

A Patient Health Summary is required before we can make your initial appointment.

Work Cover & CTP Claims

All new work cover & CTP claims will require payment on the day if you do not have a claim number for us to invoice the insurance company.
